We also offer two servicing options to suit your needs:
drop off your equipment to our fully equipped workshop. After the service/repair, you can pick it up or we can arrange to deliver it back to you
our technician can come to your home and perform the service or repair onsite so you will be without your equipment for the shortest time possible (a standard call out fee applies)
To ensure our repair turnaround is kept to a minimum, we keep the most commonly required spare parts in stock. In the event of any major or long term repairs, we may be able to provide you with loan equipment to keep you up and running (subject to availability).
It is important to keep your scooter or power chair well charged, maintain the correct tyre pressure and use it according to its intended purpose.
Regular servicing will help keep your scooter or power chair in top condition. We recommend having your powered mobility equipment serviced every 12 months. This way, we can attend to any problems that may be present and deal with them before they become a major problem.
At Vital Living we have a large range of hire equipment to meet your short or long term hiring needs. Our hire range includes hospital beds and mattresses, lift chairs, height adjustable chairs, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, hoists, scooters, power chairs, bathroom equipment and much more.
Organising your hire equipment is easy. Visit one of our showrooms for pickup or let us deliver to your door and our experienced staff will set up the equipment and provide instructions on its use (delivery and set up fees do apply). Hire is on a weekly or monthly basis and all hire fees must be paid for in advance, at time of pickup or delivery.
