You are eligible to register for the Vital Rewards Customer Loyalty program if you are a retail customer of Vital Living. This includes recipients (end users) of aged care packages. Eligibility for the program excludes DVA clients, NDIS clients, institutional and government customers.
HOW IT WORKS
250 reward points are awarded for each transaction (or invoice raised), and 1 point per dollar is awarded for the total of the transaction (invoice). To redeem reward points the member must accumulate 5,000 points minimum; this entitles a value of $100 to purchase item(s), or a discount of up to $100 on a purchase. Once accumulated rewards are above the 5,000 points minimum threshold they may be redeemed in increments of 1,000 points, with each increment of 1,000 points equalling $20 in value.

To become a member you must provide your full contact details including a valid email address. If the email address you provide does not pass verification your registration for Vital Rewards will be unsuccessful. You may become a member by signing up in-store or online.
